• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on myboss888. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Inactive account: myboss888 accounts that show no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive and may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM20.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount from a myboss888 account is RM50 per transaction.
• Daily limit: Daily withdrawal limits are based on a member's VIP tier – standard members may withdraw up to RM10,000 per day, while Platinum VIP members may withdraw up to RM100,000 per day.
• Identity verification: Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 require full identity verification. myboss888 reserves the right to request a copy of your MyKad or relevant documents.
• Same method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, in accordance with myboss888's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. myboss888 VIP members enjoy priority processing within 24 hours.
• Bonus turnover requirement: Before a withdrawal is approved, all bonuses received must meet the stipulated turnover (rollover) requirements. Refer to the Bonus & Promotions section for more details.

Myboss888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to reward our members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: Claimable once by new myboss888 members only. Each IP address, device, residential address, and payment detail is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Turnover (rollover) requirement: All myboss888 bonuses are subject to varying turnover requirements. For example, a 100% deposit bonus of RM100 with a 20x turnover means you must place bets totalling RM2,000 before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Validity period: All myboss888 bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not used within the specified timeframe will be automatically forfeited without any compensation.
• One active bonus at a time: myboss888 members may not activate more than one promotional bonus at a time, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion concerned.

• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game on myboss888, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned in full to your account.

Myboss888 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these myboss888 Terms & Conditions.
• Reporting fraud or suspicious activity.
• Account closure requested by the member through the self-exclusion programme or Responsible Gaming.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or legal authority.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their myboss888 account may contact our support team via live chat or email. All valid balances will be returned upon completion of the identity verification process.
